Summer Training Series (July)

July 10 - August 7

Agnes Irwin School

4:15 - 8:00pm (75 minute sessions by age group)

Are you training with a purpose, doing drills that translate to actual play, taking quality “reps”, learning new skill sets, or improving your lacrosse IQ in a competitive environment? If not, then the 360 Lacrosse & Performance Academy Summer Lacrosse Training Series will focus on what you need to improve your overall game.

Each training session, participants will run through a series of group and position specific skill work that will lead into competitive play and utilize the new skills you learned in a controlled environment.

All sessions are run by Todd MacFarlane (Episcopal Academy, Scotland National Team, Redwoods LC, University of Pennsylvania & Maryland) & Siena Childs (West Chester University, Episcopal Academy & Harlem Lacrosse)
